East Bridgewater Youth Lacrosse
PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 SEASON IS NOW OPEN
As we prepare for next season, we need an accurate headcount for our teams heading into the year to help us plan. Please register your child as soon as possible. All teams are listed below. If you register before November 17th, all fall and winter skills sessions are FREE.
2024 East Bridgewater Youth Lacrosse Registration
All players require a USA Lacrosse membership. This is for insurance purposes. If you do not have an active membership the site will direct you to USA Lacrosse to either create or renew a membership.
- Little Vikings (Boys & Girls) - Pre-K & K
- U9 Boys - 1st & 2nd grade
- U11 Boys - 3rd & 4th grade
- U13 Boys - 5th & 6th grade
- U15 Boys - 7th & 8th grade
Teams will start outdoor practice in March. The Little Vikings program is instructional only (no games) and is run in partnership with Scoops Lacrosse. Due to low numbers and not being able to roster any girls teams over the last few years, we unfortunately will not have a girls program this year. We recommend Whitman Hanson for a girls program.
FALL/WINTER SKILLS TRAINING
EB Youth Lacrosse will be offering fall/winter skills training prior to the spring season. This is for boys and girls in 1st to 8th grade.
For current players, this is a great way to regain form after time off, and for new players, it's a perfect opportunity to try out lacrosse. Skills training will be built around age and skill-level and heavily focus on stick work and small sided play. Drills will involve shooting, passing, dodging, defensive positioning and off ball movement. We will also mix in speed, strength and endurance conditioning.
Our training dates are below. This is walk-in style. You do not need to register. Come to any training that you can make. Each training is $5.
Fridays @ the Bridgewater Dome from 7:30 to 8:30.
- Nov: 17th
- Dec: 1st and 15th
- Jan: 5th and 19th
- Feb: 2nd and 16th
- March: 1st and 8th
We encourage boys to wear full equipment (helmet, shoulder/elbow pads, gloves and cup). If you are new to lacrosse and do not have equipment we will work you into non-contact drills. If you do not have a stick, we will have extra sticks available.
